The full-service option: proper hotel, spa, restaurant, lake views. Easiest choice if you want a hotel rather than a condo.
Lakeside Village units
Quieter, on the water, a short shuttle from River Run. Better for families who want space.
River Run condos & townhomes
Dakota Lodge, Jackpine, Silver Mill, Arapahoe, Buffalo Lodge and Expedition Station. Kitchens, pools and hot tubs, right by the gondola and the restaurants.
Forest, Evergreen & Aspen Ridge
Wooded, quieter condo clusters a short drive from the village, good value for a longer stay.
Gateway Mountain Lodge
Between River Run and Mountain House, with its own restaurant, spa and indoor pool.
Timbers & Lone Eagle
Ski-in, ski-out, on the Snake River, for groups who want a full kitchen and a fireplace.
Eastern Keystone condos
Larger units at the base of the mountain, good for groups sharing.
If Keystone fills up
The discount will not apply here, but these are all within twenty-five minutes and often cheaper.
25 minutes
Where the after party is. Hotels and rentals on and around Main Street. Best choice if you want a proper town to walk around.
10–15 minutes
Chain hotels by the lake and the interstate, plus the brewery where Wednesday starts.
15 minutes
The practical option: outlet shops, supermarkets and the cheapest beds in the county.
A room block is held under Katie & Hugo until April 1, 2027, the same day RSVPs are due. After that the rooms go back to general sale at full price, and July is high season in Summit County. Book early.
